Whats the coaching process?
- Initial consulation to define goals for the athlete.
- Develop performance benchmarks.
- Prescribe training, and monitor feedback.
- Regularly review benchmarks and goals and consider new areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support for practical, tactical, emotional and psychological issues which may arise.
Training plans and feedback are delivered and monitored via email, or Training Peaks.
- Weekly training prescrition of training to fit around your schedule.
