Training for MTB Enduro, Downhill and Cross Country
Training for Mountain Biking places specific demands on riders. Between the different MTB disciplines there are very different physiological and tactical demands, however in all of them technical ability and physical robustness is highly important.
These coaching packages have been put together specifically for mountain bikers, bearing in mind the importance of bike skills and off-the-bike strength and conditioning. They have been designed for typical riders as a guide of what support we can offer within the price range. We can also make adjustements to the content based on your requriements.
Gym Strength Training
All the plans below include a strength training plan, if you do not require a strength plan or wish to receive more strength training support, we can adjust the prices accordingly.
Strength plans are delivered by Adam Copley Personal Training. Before receiving your first strength plan, you need to complete a 1hr strength training screening session, at an initial upfront cost of £50 (for the Basic and Advanced packages only). This is essential to ensure you are carrying out appropriate and safe gym training.
