Mountain Bike Coaching & Training Sessions
Mudclub offers the oppurtunity to teenagers from Aldershot area to take part in an alternative sport.
• Open to all ages including adults
• Based in Aldershot, Hampshire UK
• Build your strength and fitness to ride faster off road
• Learn & improve MTB techniques
• Fun activities lead by qualified MTB coaches and experienced racers.
Sessions take place every Saturday 10-11am during school term time.

To sign up to the sessions you need to pay for a half-termly block of coaching. If you are a new rider your first block is paid by joining the Mudclub British Cycling club. If you are already a member of Mudclub, then renew your half-termly subscription by following the link below-right.
Mudclub sessions consist of lead rides and coaching sessions.
Coaching sessions work on a range of MTB techniques aimed at the ability range of the group who are signed up. These take place in both non-technical and technical environments.
What sort of bike do I need?
You need a mountain bike, with good working brakes and gears.
What else do i need for the session?
- Helmet and Gloves (obligatory)

- October-March Long Sleeve top, plus spare wind/waterproof jacket.
- Snack and Drink
- Spare inner tube for your bike.
What ability level are the sessions for?
The sessions are aimed at beginner to intermediate mountain bikers. As a rough guide you need to be comfortable riding on rolling off-road terrain on a range of surfaces. You need to be able to comfortably ride 4-5miles in 1hr on technical terrain.

Vision & Volunteering
The vision of Mudclub is to create a place for teenagers from Rushmoor to get into off-road cycling, and tackle new challenges.
Mudclub is a not-for-profit organisation. Any profit made from the sessions will be invested in sustaining & expanding the club’s acivities.
We are looking for volunteers to help run Mudclub, who have some (not necessarily all) of these qualities:
- motivated to learn
- empathetic with young people
- excellent mountain bikers
