Youth Jumping & Flow 7-11s FJs

£35.00 2 hours 30 minutes

Farmer Johns Bikepark

These sessions are for 7 -11 year olds. They aim to build young riders’ confidence on a range of MTB trails. The sessions are focused on getting active and having fun, plus learning different aspects of mountain biking.

Things to consider

Riders need to have a mountain bike or dirt jump bike (with two brakes). BMX, hybrid or cyclocross bikes are not suitable. They should be comfortable riding blue graded trails.

Age groups & suitability

The age groups are specified to help me plan the session at a suitable level for the riders. Younger riders on smaller bikes will struggle rolling through some of the bigger features at the venue. But for the more capable riders in this age group they can join the older age group sessions. Please contact me first to check.

What to bring to your coaching session

  • Other protective clothing or equipment that you would normally use for a MTB ride
  • Minimum of knee pads or long trousers

  • A completed rider information and consent form, via the link in the session briefing
