Hi, I’m Michael Guilford. I’ve been a cycling coach since 2012 when I set up Rideabout. I’m a keen multi-discipline bike racer and take a rider centred approach to coaching.
I’ve raced gravity mountain bike events across the UK which have pushed my technical ability. And I’ve been able to bring to life what I’ve learned through my mountain bike skills coaching.
Through my own committed fitness training, I’ve helped clients get fitter, improve their skills and fulfil their own biking ambitions. Get in touch with me.
