Gravity mountain biking is a physically demanding sport, yet many riders dont do specific training to improve their strength & fitness.

My MTB fitness programmes will help you build the strength & fitness you need to push yourself harder on the bike. You dont have to be a competitive rider to benefit from a training programme. With proper guidance you can manage weight, recovery and avoid injury.

Training plans are delivered via Training Peaks and can be changed to fit around your schedule. I don’t use ‘off the shelf’ training plans. And this is not just training for fitness. Training sessions are designed to be technically demanding as well.

Strength and conditioning

Strength training is the best way for mountain bikers to build robustness & movement skills to support their riding. Strength plans are included in all packages, and a level of supervision is offered either in person or online.
