  • Pumping: Learn how to pump to gain more speed on trails and master your jumping technique
  • Learn to jump: Build on the core movement skills of jumping, managing momentum to clear jumps
  • Soaking and squashing: Learn how to manage speed and grip
  • Improving jump skills: learn to jump more complex or committing features. Gaps, hips, step downs, jumps in/out of berms.
  • Berms: Develop cornering skills to carry more speed through berms

Things to consider

If you cant already jump tabletops bigger than 3 bike lengths, I recommend you attend the confidence & fundamentals course before this course. 9/10 riders who come on this course to learn to jump, lack fundamental skills that hinder progress.

You must be confident at riding red graded trails, and physically fit to ride for a day.

This course is for riders over 16 yrs old.
