Youth Jumping & Flow 7-11s FJs

£38.00 2 hours 30 minutes

Farmer John’s Bikepark

Designed for 7-11 year olds, this course teaches the fundamental techniques to ride manmade flow trails with jumps and berms.

Fundamental Flow Trail Skills

    • Pumping: Learn how to pump to gain more speed on trails and master your jumping technique
    • Soaking and squashing: Learn how to manage speed and grip
    • Jumping: Build on the core movement skills of jumping, managing momentum to clear jumps
    • Berms: Develop cornering skills to carry more speed through berms

These are just the basics, and coaching will progress onto more advanced skills for flow trails as appropriate.
