This MTB jump coaching course will help you to master the key techniques to ride manmade flow trails with tabletops, gap jumps and berms.
- Pumping: Learn how to pump to gain more speed on trails and master your jumping technique
- Soaking and squashing: Learn how to manage speed and grip
- Learning to jump: Build on the core movement skills of jumping, managing momentum to clear jumps
- Improving jump skills: learn to jump more complex or committing features. Gaps, hips, step downs, jumps in/out of berms.
- Berms: Develop cornering skills to carry more speed through berms
Things to consider
My Basecamp MTB Course is the recommended route onto this course. Regardless of experience, most riders who haven’t had coaching before, are not aware of the fundamental skills that underpin mountain biking. The Basecamp course will ensure you are comfortable with the terminology & principles needed to improve on flow trails.
You must be confident at riding red graded trails, and physically fit to ride for a day.
This course is suitable for adults and children over 11 years old.

Group Sizes
I offer two group size options. 6-8 riders £50, 2-5 riders £95.
A smaller group allows me to tailor the session better to each person, and gives more time for individual feedback. Please select the option at checkout.
Minimum Numbers
If you would like to do this course please book on ASAP. If possible please select a date with a dot underneath it. If the course does not get sufficient bookings (2 riders), I may have to cancel the course. I’ll give you as much notice as possible, and offer a refund, transfer the booking or offer a credit off a 1-1 session.
