I have raced many different cycling disciplines as well as years of gym training. I have coached many riders accross a wide range of ages & interests, giving me the skills to motivate and coach people in the way best for them.

Many cyclists & mountain bikers, dont do specific strength training. The repetitive nature of cycling can lead to muscle imballances, and niggling injuries.
